unprofessional and very insensitive -display an I don't care attitude

My wife's policy was said to had been lapsed when she wanted to effect the claim around January/Feb- when we called to complain -that if the policy had lapsed why were they still deducting from her salary. On this we were send from pillar to post without a solution - while no proper explanation given on the continuing premiums...instead we were issued with refs and promises that this will be resolved....its been seven moths now with no sign or engagement from old mutual- though they don't forget to get her money- day light *******!!!
