Unprofessional and rude behavior from the staff member

Hi,

My brother and I just had the worst service at Old Mutual Pinetown branch. My brother took out a Flexible Open ended Investment in 2017 and went to make a claim for this investment today. The lady refused to assist at all saying we don't know what we are talking about because all Old Mutual plans only payout after 10 years. We tried to explain that this is an open ended plan but she told us she is a Financial Advisor and she knows more than us. Mind you this woman was shouting at us telling to go back we are wasting her time and don't know what we are here for. She refused to give us her name but we later found out her name is Mamsie and she wears glasses. She works in the Sanlam Centre. I don't wish this on anyone else. She was very rude and unprofessional we had to go to another branch. This other branch was very helpful and was able to assist. I wish you can do something about this. This is not the way to treat clients at all.
