Unprofessional and ***********

Utter incompetence and inconsistency. On 9th Feb. I lodged a claim through the App and was given a 10 day turn around time... 10 days later my claim can’t be traced and am advised that the App “only allows claims it of a certain amount”.

I then app**** through their branch, needless to say that to date I’m told one excuse after another of why my claim isn’t processed....I’m extremely disappointed at the service. The telephonic service desk is as useless as the branches.
