Unprofessional and bad service

I tried to access and calculate two pot retirement. I then got error messages that I need to send email to *** which I did. I was asked to send copy of my Id wich I did. It was on Friday, then I received another email saying I must supply them with my current number so that they can update my details on the system. I did that as well. On Saturday from the same email trail I got message that I must send copy of my I'd, I then send it again but asked them how many times should I send copy of my I'd because it was clearly in the email trail. Now all my emails are being ignored. This is not the first time I receive this bad *********** service from old mutual. I will never ever do business with them. Their service is very Veryan bad.
