Unprofessional

Old mutual has the worst ever customer service, I am so disappointed in the service I received, unprofessional is a under statement. I was advised that I need to go to the branch to do a disinvestment the lady that assisted me did not even know what the processes are I sat next to a dustbin full of trash next to my chair..I callled them before going to the branch to find out how I should cancel all my policies and the lady said I should send a letter advising them to cancel my investment and funeral plan this month i was still debited.. I would never ever in a million years recommend old mutual to anyone do I need to beg you guys to cancel my policies, do I need to beg to get any type of service how is this even possible. What the hell do i need to do.
