Old Mutual has contacted me regarding my last review/complaint they have sent me the forms which I have filled in and sent back to Old Mutual via email, they now have come with the excuse of the forms still loading as if it was posted to them via post. I am very frustrated with the pace and unprofessionalism of Old Mutual this process should not take this long.
