unpleasant service

<p>I cancelled my two policies with old mutual which they deducted on the 26 October from my salary. i have been calling since and speaking to different agents and given different storries. i was told to call in today to check if my refund will be processed and when i called again i am told a different story. i had enough with old mutual and their lack of consistancy or agents that are not well infomed of their products. i want my money and thats it.</p>
