Unpaid Retirement Annuity

<div>My brother passed on in 2014 and he had a RA policy with Old Mutual..My mother who is the beneficiary made a claim in 2014 but we never received any response from Old Mutual..This year in June we tried to call them again and they said there is no record of a claim on their side so they advised that we send claim documents again..We did that and again after receiving the documents they went silent and when we call they tell us different stories that do not make sense, others drop the call while we are talking..It has been 7 years now sending us from pillar to post..I would not recommend Old Mutual .They are useless and do not value their clients..</div>
