Unpaid provident fund
Old mutual is unreliable. I got retrenched in september last year and since then they have been giving excuse after excuse for not paying out my provident/pension fund. They are very polite when it comes to requesting customers but claiming back the money is a night mare. Im pregnant and i cannot even visit the doctor because my money is held up by old mutual.
