Unpaid policy via persal deduction

I refer my complaint on this policy 69253P*** which became unpaid as per message from old mutual. This policy is paid straight from.persal but I receive a message saying I am behind with payments. How can I be behind with payments whereas the policy I automatically taken from persal and I am.being threatened that I will be losing some policy benefits. Please old mutual should sort this out otherwise by so doing this it will lose its reliable clients. Check the payment profile for this policy to prove that it's a persal deduction. Why now should have to be threatened
