Unpaid policy fund

I cancelled my policy 2 months ago. They still debited me even after I canceled the policy. I have called on Ernest Mayer on numerous accounts, he never returns my calls or follows up on calls. Can someone urgently assist me with this policy!! This is terrible business that you are running honestly
