Unpaid policies

It is with great sadness and heartache i had to write.i have 2 fu eral policies at old mutual.i fell onto hard times an could not keep up to date with my premiums one i had till 16 decemeber to pay i phoned head office explained my situaton and she still made pay ment arrangement but as soon as she hear my father passed away on the 8 january her whole demeanour changed and was very rude.i went the office in greenacres in greenacres the phoned head office bit they say no.why in the first place did she make payment arrangements with me.i had this policy for 6 years cant they at least take the bakepay premiums off and pay the rest of the money out.im dissapointed and heartbroken Please help me ou in this regard i beg you.old mut
