Unpaid Old Mutual Claim

I sent a death claim at Old Mutual where m a beneficiary of that claim on 12 January 2018. April 2018 I was told the claim went for further assessment. Till today January 2019 Old Mutual has never paid me. I call their Head Office every week but nothing. Please help me I need to be paid. The claim need to be paid I want to do a tombstone for my sister.
