Unpaid LIFE Cover of Old Mutual

In 2020 March,I took an insurance policy from Old Mutual for my sister Mandisa, this policy was for an immediate cover and it was also a green light product which I signed with Mr Kasibe who was a rep under Mr Siphamla broker for Old Mutual. The 1st payment was on 18 April and the 2nd one was on the 15th of May 2020, unfortunately my sister passed away on the 18th of May 2020,when I went to claim, they told me that the policy didn't exist, which left me confused and devastated because I was paying R1030 per month, I asked about them returning my premiums they never gave me a proper response about that and I never got my premiums back, Last month I got a call from Old Mutual asking me about the cover I took for my sister, the lady told me that these money that was unclaimed which was for the insurance policy I took in 2020 for my sister,she advised me to take a step forward about this because I told her about what I went through, this has left me with so many questions about how ********* and ************* Old Mutual is, I haven't received any payment from them. I am left with unanswered questions about this and Old Mutual is not willing to answer the questions I have and to also pay my money.
