Unpaid life cover claim

I submitted a life cover claim beginning of May as a beneficiary their consultants from the branch didn't know what was needed i submitted all the documents they needed they kept asking for more documents even the one they had claiming they didn't get them just to stall while they double deduct the monthly premiums talk about being ****** in broad daylight only today they emailed a form to be filled by the hospital where the deceased was hospitalised in Swaziland ever since i submitted the claim i had to go across the border over 5 times to get a document thats required monthly to this day when i do a follow up at any of the branches I'm being sent from pillar to post while their consultants are having their personal conversations amongst themselves. Talk about being inconsiderate unprofessional people that don't know what they are doing.
