UNPAID INVESTMENT WITHDRAWAL

I'm deeply disgusted in the way old mutual has handled my request to withdraw from my 2 in 1 pocket savings investment. I made a withdrawal on the 19th of July 2021 via the USSD received sms confirming withdraw as usual. On the 20th of July 2021 was at the mall and decided to walk in one of their branches and enquire about the withdrawal only to be told that it does not show on thier side and that I need to start again. Fair enough I did that that very moment and withdrew again on the 20th of July 2021 at a branch in pmb liberty mall. On the next day the 21st of July 2021i again received an sms confirming funds would be available in my account within 3 working days. Three day went by still no funds. I phoned the call Centre on Thursday 28th of July was told they are now escalating my problem and the money would be paid. The next day I went to the branch was told they are escalation my issue with management pushing for the money to be payed that very same day Friday the 30th of JULY 2021 BECAUSE I HAD WAITED LONG ENOUGH and guess what there has been no money received. What ****es me off is that I made a withdrawal on my long term pocket but when I check my balance these funds show that they have been paid out. I'm so disgusted and feel like canceling my policy with this company since I don't have a dead person's body to bring to thier branches. I made this withdrawal because I desperately needed this money its revolting that I save with them and when u want your money you are given the run around.
