unpaid investment claim

I opened an investment policy with old mutual From January 2015. On October 2015 my car broke and I was ran short of funds to fix it, then I decided to cancel my policy so that I can be able to fix my car. I made my claim on the 24th October 2015 and I have not received my money up to this very moment. I tried to call their head office multiple times but they keep telling me stories and promising me I that I will receive my money in 24hrs. The following are the consultants names which I have spoken to: Mandy Rhodes & Abdul Abrams from the head office and Lerato from Dobsonville branch. Please assist me as I have tried everything I can to get money but nothing seems to work when it comes to this Company.<br>
