Unpaid insurance claim

Good morning team Hellopeter I trust everyone is good. My experience with old mutual last was disappointing and traumatising. I have been paying my funeral insurance since 2021 and 2022 two different insurances for same people which l don't know why l have to pay twice for same people. One for 2021 shows that l signed for it. 2022 was signed electronically not sure by whom. Last year on the 24/12/2024 lost cousin brother via accident (gunshot) and we found out that my cousin brother never had an ID neither birth certificate due to birth at home and my aunt never follows it. On his death police report and hand written death certificate done by police and Home affairs but till today never been paid by OM .
