Unpaid income linked claim ***
Old mutual income linked claims is in such a horrible state. My 64 year old mother is constantly being sent from pillar to post without any assistance. I have made several attempts to assist but to no avail. She is a pensioner and is in desprite need of her old mutual payout. This claim under reference number CEA*** has been outstanding since 3 December 2024. If you have a unit trust, income linked account or funeral cover with old mutual please 🙏 consider using another company.
