Unpaid funeral policy

I submitted a funeral claim on 13.03.21 and until today 24.03.21 Its still not resolved and paid, I have been requested to send a number of affidavit as the deceased was my step daughter of which I did. They requested an affidavit confirming that my husband is the father of the deceased, another one confirming my relationship to the deceased and lastly another one confirming why her details were captured differently on 2 of my policies. I keep on sending those affidavits and they respond by requesting the very same thing documents I sent. I'm tired of doing the same thing over and over again. The family can't even mourn in peace until now please help
