Unpaid funeral policy

I'm very disappointed with old mutual. Their financial advisers are not educated or they are just selfish to get us to sign the insurance papers so they get commission.

I had a funeral policy that never paid up. People should be careful when they join these policies. I submitted every document they needed and I was a beneficiary.. then they said they needed an authority letter. When I went to the high court they said they don't give authority letter to a beneficiary since already they have nominated a beneficiary.. until today. Instead they paid money for something I did not claim for.
