Unpaid funeral policy
It's been 4 years since my mom passed away till today old mutual protect funeral cover has not paid out instead they keep on giving us the run around, we have called sent emails but still have not been assisted , what's worse is that my mother paid this policy for 30 years without fail, but when it was time for old mutual to pay back it didn't , I hate this company with all my life , I wouldn't advice anyone to join it , we have submitted everything they requested of us but they have not assisted us , they keep on saying the matter has been escalated but nothing is happening, OLD MUTUAL is a ****

03 Oct 2025, 00:00After contacting me you guys still give me excuses the email that i got from you Coleen does not explain anything it just state that the policy will not be paid that time my mother has never skip payment , you guys are ****mer my mom worked so hard the her family will be taken care of after she has passed but you guys ****** her and made sure that all she has worked hard for amounts to zero , not only are you ****mers but you rob the poor who try to make sure that their families are taken care of
