UNPAID FUNERAL CLAIM

I have a funeral claim since March with Old Mutual, i submit all the documents required. Even today they keep on sending sms that i didnt submit all the required papers but i did. They keep on deducting the money even today but stil havent even paid a cent for my Father's funeral. Its 4 mounths now i laid my father to rest.
