UNPAID DIVORCE CLAIM

I have been trying to get a 50% divorce settlement due to me paid by Old Mutual without success. The claim has been dragged and delayed deliberately to frustrate me even after supplying Old Mutual with necessary documents like divorce decree which states categorically clear what is due to me. They sent me back to court to have the divorce order re-issued as a variation but still they say the wording is erratic. Below is the email conversation sent by my ex as an approval for Old Mutual to pay me what is due to me. My name is Malehu Berlina Dlodlo ‪***‬ and I am the policy holder of Old Mutual Max Investment Optimal Plan ***9. I am writing this email on behalf of my child Nondumiso who is caught in between of this divorce claim from his father's(B.F Dlodlo ‪***‬) 50% on the above mentioned policy.

My ex is unable to pay school fees and support his daughter since he is unemployed.
