unpaid death claim
good afternoon, i had a complain with old mutual funeral cover, i had a cover with them , it was nice when i paid them until the person i cover passed away , they don't want to pay for my claim , i tried all things still the dot want to pay, and fore i think is not fair cause o paid for that policy and now i have to fight with them so that they can pay, honestly their service is very bad Complaonamt ***

06 Aug 2024, 19:01You know i had a funeral cover before for my father and when i claim i didn't experience any hussel like this, they just pay me just like that now they want me to go to hospital and found the patient record which i think is not ok with me, they are investigating what that takes the whole month, is really not fair , now i have alit of debt that i aquire during that funeral weres i was having a policy, i have another policy with you guys and my car insurance is with you guys but if is going to be like this im going to cancel everything since im not that important customer to you,
