Unpaid Claims

I submitted a claim at Old Mutual on the 26 May 2022 and I still haven't been paid. How do you think we buried our loved one if the funeral claim is not paid? Every call center agent is telling me a different story and refuse to put me through to management. I'm not willing to wait any longer.
