Unpaid Claims

My name is Basetsana Betty Mtsweni, I am Ernest’s wife. We have a serious challenge here with Ola Mutual. Ernest took a Life Cover for his mother, ten years ago. His Mom passed on last year 26 August 2020. Until to date, Old Mutual is not willing to pay the death claim. My husband is also not well, had major stroke in 2016, that is why I am writing to you on his behalf. Old Mutual is asking for so many doctor’s reports, that we are unable to answer, however the doctor also did manage to assist, wherever he could, but they aren’t pleased. So please help us , as you have helped so many that have referred us to you.
