Unpaid claim since 25 March 26

Worst insurance company when it comes to paying out claims. A claim that was logged via whatsapp on 24 and 25 of March 26 all supporting documents were sent via emails. Till today they haven't paid or communicated other than acknowledging complaints made on X previously known as Twitter. Other insurance companies payouts are within 24-72 hrs and their's is up to 15 days because they are looking for loopholes not to pay I guess what could be assessed that takes 5-7 days with all required documents sent. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else unless you want to have debt for preparing for the funeral. If you're insured with them please make sure you have insurers that pays in time unlike these suckers.We missed a call today and they haven't came back thus far and the only reason we missed their call it is because their numbers are identified as Spam but I'm sure there are other numbers they can use to reach clients. I know they wknt pay even after this review I'm warning someone who might think they are an option to insure with them .BAD BAD SERVICE EVER
