UNPAID CLAIM

This is the first time using this platform Im so frustrated I have made a funeral claim in march its more than a month ago since we buried my brother in law and the claim has not yet been paid when I do a follow up with a call is as if im reminding them to send me the same massage that reads Your claim is being verified we will provide feedback as soon as possible we do understand your need for funds to support your circumnstances . even if I call 2day tommorrow morning ill get this message it so frustrating when we take the policy you are told that accident does not have a waiting period but when someone dies accidentally investigations takes forever

the message says as soon as possible I dont even know what that means anymore since Ive been waiting for more than a month for a funeral claim
