unpaid claim

I took an investment policy last year. When i went to the branch this year April I was told that the policy is not in my name. I decided to go to another branch where i was advised to write a letter, provide payslips where the money is deducted. On the 17 April i did as advised. I went back to the branch on the 08 may and i was told the policy has been cancelled and investigation is being done. I called again on the 14 i was told the matter is with the forensics
