Unpaid Claim

I would like to share my experience with the above mentioned organization , i had insured my late sister's daughter who us also my foster child "legally " and i have all thr documentation for that. They declined my claim on the basis that she is not my child. I am very disappointed and woulf like to get answers as i had explain my relationship to the deceased to the financial Advisor . I took this policy in 2017 and i have been paying all along but only to be told now that i am not a legible to the benefits . Poicy no .69668P***
