Unpaid claim

I claimed my savings on the 6th of September but till this day there has been back and forth of them wanting me to resubmit documents. I have been there 3 times already at one point I spent close to 4 hours trying to complete my claim. I claimed this money because I need it for something important this Friday but they have failed me on my money.
