Unpaid Claim

It has been well over 6 months since I sent a claim for severe disease, to date Old Mutual has not told me if they'll pay or declined the claim. Only get same feedback that they're investigating, clearly they've reinvested the money they're supposed to pay out. One would expect to get financial relief in times of distress after getting a severe illness but Old Mutual made it clear that they don't care about anyone other than collecting monthly premiums and making money for their company. Very bad company and worst I've experienced in my entire life. Join them at your own peril, I'm reminded of how the other family was made to bring a deas body to one of their branches to prove that the person was dead.
