Unnecessary Processes

I'd like to express my disappointment in OM processes because I app**** for a loan on the 3rd April and close to a month later I am yet to be given ANY feedback as to whether I qaulify for said loan or not.

Initially the issue was that when I finished paying a loan in 2013 that I took with OM nobody bothered to update my details on the system to show that the loan was fully paid up and i only found this out with my recent application(6 years later by the way) which meant a request had to be sent to a different department so that I could be unblocked for the process to go further which they said would take about 48 hrs,however it only managed to only happen a week later also because I had to personally go to the branch and sit there for hours to ensure it happened.

Now after doing credit checks and submitting all relevant paperwork the department that it was all sent to had a discrepancy with my salary reference to which I provided all relevant numbers to confirm what they needed to which AGAIN they said would take about 48hrs, but more than a week later, AGAIN after I personally went to the branch to query what the delay was and spent half of my day ensuring that we get answer there was one last process that needed to happen and they guaranteed that after that process all should be finalised by COB on that day..it is now another 3 days later and nobody has gotten back to me to let me know what this delay is about and honestly I feel like cancelling this process entirely.

Truth is my fiance has taken out a few of your products which she has been paying for some years from life insurance to educational policies and funeral policies for her family and my family too that I am also included in as well but at the rate things are right now I don't have faith anymore that OM will deliver on their promise when its time for them to and i feel it's only fair that we take our business elsewhere.. deeply disappointed
