Unnecessary deduction
I have a funeral cover with Old Mutual i lost my mother last year October did a claim thereof. I advised Old mutual on the 8th of July that they are still deducting premium for her even though she is late. I was assured that they will refund me and stop deducting from July however they still deducting both July and August. I am frustrated and don't know what to do more

We have investigated and found that your policy is being paid by Cash (Old Mutual is not deducting the money from your account).
You need to reduce your cash payment into Old Mutual account from R472.45 to R377.42.
We have refunded the over payment however.

We have investigated and found that your policy is being paid by Cash (Old Mutual is not deducting the money from your account).
You need to reduce your cash payment into Old Mutual account from R472.45 to R377.42.
We have refunded the over payment however.
