********l Deductions Made From Salary
Old Mutual financial advisors made presentations at our workplace regarding feedback on the GEPF (Government Employee Pension Fund). Financial Advisor decided to use the opportunity to sell products from Old Mutual to clients by means of quatations (LIfe Insurance, Annuity, etc.). No written permission was given by me for Old Mutual to deduct money from my salary via the PERSAL System for these two policies (***7 and ***2), however on my January 2016 salary advice Old Mutual deducted an amount of R1238.00 (R500.00 - ***2 and R738.00 - ***7) from my salary ********ly for which I have not given any permission.

Please investigate urgently, as Old Mutual need to pay back the money to me that was ********ly deducted from my salary without written consent and permission. It clearly shows that Financial Advisors cannot be trusted and the fact that this individual is employed by Old Mutual makes it even worse for their reputation.

The name of the Financial Advisor is Stephan Weyers.

Regards
Marius Theron
