******** Salary deductions

Good Day, <br> I have 3 loan accounts with Old Mutual. <br> Today I received various phone calls from Old Mutual Finance, 1st call to confirm my employment, which was done. Then they called again wanting to speak to the payroll department regarding a garnishee order. I called my nearest branch, and asked them to look up on their system why they want to install a garnishee order against me as my accounts are being debited every month on the 25th. The gentlemen looked on the system and confirmed that the accounts are being paid via debit orders every month, he said he will follow up.He contacted me back to inform me, the reason why they want to do this is because I apparently gave them consent when I signed a reduce installment agreement just before going on Maternity Leave.I was never informed that I am giving consent for such a thing not via telephone when I called them about the reduced installment not even in person at the branch. I have been trying to speak to somebody in the legal department to assist me, however a lady Shalaine just doesn't want to connect me to speak to somebody, she insist she can not speak to me. I have requested a copy of this agreement as I think is is ********.
