******** Debit Order

I have been to the branch over and over again, being assisted by the same guy who keeps saying he closed my accounts but I never receive any joy. Two Saturdays ago I went to the branch after my account was debited, he locked in and said I will get my money back within 10 days, today its the 14/15 day and still I have not received a call, email or anything from Old Mutual. I am this close to blowing up. Even my complain on Helliopeter was never responded to.
