I was phoned yesterday by someone from Old Mutual, saying they phoning on behalf of Bianca Viljoen and that are waiting for my documents, I then asked what documents, proof of income she rep****. I did not apply for anything. I then emailed Bianca and asked what the story was as I did not want a loan that was the end of August. So why now, wishes said it was noted and she would follow up. This morning I see without my permission Old Mutual did a credit check in me. That is ********* you did not have my permission, that is against the law, and that impact my credit record. You have until 17:00 today to rectify this or I will be taking action against you. If you think I am joking trust me that would be the biggest mistake you ever made.
