Unknown policies from old mutual

Hi I am Mrs N P P Mngadi have a problem with old mutual for the whole 2024 until now, they have been implementing policies on my perusal without my permission and each time I visit the branch they just open a ***** case and they refund me without ant explanation of how the police was implemented and the outcome of the case, as of now there is one police that keep on coming back on my perusal, as of today I have 3 policies on my perusal, old mutual is wasting my money and time for always visiting the branch but problem not solved, I would never recommend any person to take old mutual and I did not have long term policies with them I would have cancel them.
