Unjust terminations

After years of being a loyal client, my parent's policy was terminated without just cause. First there were inconsistent amounts being debited monthly then the debit orders just stopped. After much back and forth, we were told a lapse reversal would be processed once the technical support team gives feedback but there has been no updates despite follow ups. This is so disappointing for such a big organization to take people's money for years and just lapse policies unduly so.
