Unjust Policy Cancellation Before Grace Period Expiry

I recently received a cancellation notice for my Green Light policy, despite being informed that the account would be debited on 25/08/2024 and the grace period was until 24/08/2024. The policy was canceled before the grace period expired, which I find highly unprofessional. I have been in constant communication with your agents, advising them that the debit orders are not going off my account, and I have had to repeatedly beg to be debited. Despite my efforts and clear communication, this issue has still occurred. I am extremely disappointed with this service and expect immediate resolution.
