Uninterested sheltered employment Employees

I am actually closing my old mutual money account as the hassle to get anything done at Jeffreys bay(Jeffreys Street) branch is just too much.. The most uninterested bunch of useless employees one could wish for.. Hate going to that branch with a passion.. For example.. You arrive at the branch full of employees at 3 in the afternoon and get told to wait because the person who can help you is on lunch but they will phone him to come back.. Half an hour later you leave in frustration without achieving what you went there for and the person still has not arrived..Old Mutual Jeffreys bay is a joke.. The intention of going there was to get a new ATM PIN for my card but it is just easier to cancel my account now..I hope.. Who knows.
