Unhelpful service consultants

On 29/12/2020 I went to your branch in Sam Ntuli Mall in Katlehong. I was assisted by Mpho Mo***eng who is clueless, unprofessional and lacks empathy. Firstly after my number was called I had to wait for her to finish on a video call with her friend. This was a follow up from 11/12/2020. The strangest thing is that now I'm getting different information from my first visit which puts me in a confused state and no one wants to be accountable instead when Mpho couldn't give me answers she referred me to different branches, clearly she was fed up with me. Your consultants don't even wear name badges nor introduce themselves. So it's nice when you're deducting the monies, when it's time to offer service it's hide and seek. Your service is really pathetic.
