UNHELPFUL & PHONES NOT ANSWERED!

<p>I have tried to reach Old Mutuals Personal Financial Advisor comission agency on ***for over a week. i always get put on hold, and then cut off. After 12 times, I got through to another department and spole to Xolani Kubeka who was so unhelpful and rude, and then put the phone down on me while I was talking!!!! this is shocking service and bad behaviour! Furthermore, I still have not gotten the information I need! </p>
