unhelpful and unprofeesional

<p>i currently have a personal loans with old mutual, the problem started when lost my wife and i had to take over all financial obligations in the family and i missed myinstalments, i called old mutual call centre and i was told to go to the Branch to restructure my loans all the arreas and try to decrease the instalment, i have been to two barnches in town were i'm told they dont know how toi do that and when i call i'm still referred to the branch, i have all the necessary documents but no assistance , i'm even worried now that the more they delay the further i senk into arrears with this account. no one is interested in assistinmg me to finalise this restructure... i'm tired of this.</p>
