Unhelpful and Poor Response

Old Mutual was very good at marketing these products to us 20 years ago

We are now in a situation where we are claiming for a disability benefit and we have submitted everything they asked for including a medical report and report from an occupational the****** however they rejected the claim with no proper reasons and it's been weeks since we have appealed and they refuse to respond.
