UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.

I have requested a premium change on one of my investments, i submitted the requested and signed the new quote on time and yet, almost 4 months later my premium still has not changed. I keep being told stories that in no way solve the problem for me nor actually changes my premium. It's so unfair that I did my part in time and no one cares to actually do their job in time, but rather pass the blame around, while my premium stays the same. I'm so frustrated and at my wits end with Old Mutual at this point. I regret recommending it to my family now because I just want to move my profile elsewhere now.
