Unhappy with Old Mutual Two Pot

Two pot withdrawal request at Old Mutual is not working. Their call centre staff are not trustworthy - they promise to escalate but nothing comes out of the so-called escalation. At this moment I even doubt that Old Mutual still have my invested money with them
