Unhappy with Old Mutual

My father has his pension with you. He's in the middle of a divorce and in January, the judge gave a court order for Old Mutual to pay my father his 50% share. He retired 4 years ago, so you can just imagine how much he is struggling financially. He's communicated with different people, nothing has helped. It's not like he's asking for a donation. He's asking for his money, which you are refusing to give to him. The court order should have pushed you to do the right thing, you didn't. So, somehow, you are behaving like you are above the law. This is not right. Please give him his money!
